These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dopaminealley.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Hollow & Alley, LLC, doing business as Dopamine Alley ("Dopamine Alley," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

3. Product Descriptions and Photographs. We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and handmade or naturally sourced materials may vary piece to piece. We don't guarantee that every detail of a description, photo, or other content on the Site is completely accurate, current, or error-free.

4. Availability and Inventory. All products are subject to availability. Because certain items are fulfilled through third-party suppliers, inventory can change without notice, and we can't guarantee that an item shown on the Site will remain in stock or available at the price shown until your order is completed.

5. Pricing and Typographical Errors. We work to make sure pricing on the Site is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or typographical error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

6. Our Right to Limit or Cancel Orders. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with product availability. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we'll issue a full refund for the canceled portion.

7. Billing and Account Information. If you provide payment, shipping, or contact information, you agree that it's accurate and current. You're responsible for promptly updating any information that changes.

8. Third-Party Suppliers and Services. Dopamine Alley works with third-party fulfillment partners to source and ship certain products, and with other third-party providers (such as our payment processor and platform provider) to operate the Site. Regardless of who fulfills or processes an order behind the scenes, Dopamine Alley is the retailer you're purchasing from, and our customer-facing policies — including this one, our Refund and Return Policy, and our Shipping Policy — govern your purchase.

9. Split Fulfillment. Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled from more than one location and may arrive as separate shipments on different dates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

10. Prohibited Uses. In addition to other restrictions in these Terms, you agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the Site's security or proper functioning; scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site using automated means without our permission; impersonate another person or entity; or upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code.

11. Intellectual Property. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Dopamine Alley name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Hollow & Alley, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

12. Customer Comments and Submissions. If you send us comments, reviews, ideas, or other submissions, you agree that we may use them in connection with operating and promoting the Site without any obligation to compensate you, and you confirm you have the right to share what you submit.

13. Third-Party Links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites, and including a link doesn't mean we endorse it.

14. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions. Occasionally there may be information on the Site that contains errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, availability, and similar details. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all products sold through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This section does not affect any warranty or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to disclaim or limit.

16. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dopamine Alley and Hollow & Alley, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Nothing in this section is intended to limit any liability, warranty, or remedy that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

17. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Hollow & Alley, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

18. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be considered severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

19. Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

20. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Dopamine Alley regarding your use of the Site.

21. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

22. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
